4. COLD AND SOUND BATHS AT CIAMPAC<\/a>:<\/strong> Immerse yourself in a sound bath on meadows overlooking the Dolomites and in cool waters at over 2000 metres above sea level. On Friday, 12th and Saturday, 13th September 2025<\/strong>, in the wide Ciampac basin, between the peaks of Colac and Crepa Neigra, opposite the Sella group, take part in two days of wellness<\/strong> to rediscover your inner balance. Take the cable car up from Alba di Canazei and then, between Friday and Saturday, try yoga, meditation, ancestral sounds and cold baths using the Wim Hof method. Accompanied by expert instructors, enjoy a rejuvenating experience<\/strong> at the rhythm of the mountain\u2019s breath.<\/p>

5. THE DOLOMITES<\/a>:<\/strong> A day outdoors admiring the beautiful Dolomites: what a feeling of well-being! From the Ciampac basin, you can see the Sella Group<\/strong> in all its majesty, as well as the imposing Colac and the unmistakable volcanic rock of Crepa Neigra.
