What better place for a family day than the Ciampac ski area? Ski slopes for every difficulty level: from the blue slope for beginners to the red and black runs. Ski school camp to take your first steps on the snow and a moving walkway free of charge, where you can independently teach your children how to ski. Otherwise, you can contact the ski instructors of the Canazei Marmolada Ski School and book individual or group ski and snowboard lessons directly at Ciampac.
Next to the ski school camp, there is the high-altitude playground Ciampark with games made entirely of wood and in full harmony with nature and a small free access slope for snow tubes and sleds. And to increase the adrenaline there is the new timed track along the 13b slope Sasso di Rocca! Test yourself and challenge your friends and relatives, experiencing the thrill of true champions!
For those who don’t ski, the new circular trail for snowshoeing is an experience not to be missed! Immersed in a fairytale landscape, this 5-kilometer-long route will lead you to discover a beautiful winter scenery, with wooden bridges and snow-covered trees.
And to recharge your batteries, four restaurants located directly on the ski slopes and reachable in a few minutes from the lift station will wait for you! There you can taste the typical specialties of the Ladin and Trentino cuisine and relax in the sun on the large terraces.
To go back to Alba you can comfortably take the cable car or, for the more adventurous, the black slope Ciampac awaits you. To test your technical skills, here is a run of about 3 km with a maximum gradient of 56%: a must try!
