To purchase tickets for single lifts but also Panorama Pass and Dolomiti Supersummer multi-day passes, you can go to the cash desk located in Alba di Canazei, at the valley station of the lifts.
The ticket office is open every day from 08:20 to 17:20 (from 13/06/2026 to 13/09/2026).
The info point, located in Ciampac near the playground, is open every day at the following times: 8:45-12:00 / 13:00-17:15 (from 13/06/2026 to 13/09/ 2026).
