YOGA AND SOUND BATHS AT CIAMPAC: EMOTIONS AT HIGH ALTITUDE
A day dedicated to well-being, in order to connect with nature and dive into yourself, thanks to the practice of yoga and the magic experience of sound baths. Gongs, ocean drums, drums and many other instruments will make you feel unique emotions and will allow you to get in tune with the Dolomites and everything that surrounds you, thus being able to fully enjoy and appreciate the wonderful setting of Ciampac.
Giorgia and Alberto will accompany you for the whole day on this beautiful inner journey, which will begin at 10.00 with the first yoga session and will end at 16.00 with the last sound bath, to greet the mountain all together and conclude in beauty an unforgettable day, completely dedicated to yourself.
