Ciampac Mindfulness Experience: The journey of the 5 senses
Treat yourself to a regenerating break among the wonders of the Val di Fassa Dolomites. At Ciampac, a unique guided mindfulness experience awaits you, designed to awaken your five senses and help you experience the mountains in a profound and authentic way. Through simple immersive practices, you will be accompanied on a journey of sounds, scents, colours, touch, and breath, to release stress and rediscover energy, balance, and well-being.

A unique opportunity to discover the “Out of the Box” sensory journey at high altitude, accompanied by a holistic instructor. Once you arrive at Ciampac, you can pick up your box at the Info Point before beginning your guided experience.
