How do you process milk to make butter? Come to Ciampac to see the magic of the churn and try it! The guide will reveal all the secrets for producing excellent butter, and we will all taste this delight together.
Small manual workshop to do with your family to experience the local tradition first-hand.
- When: Every Thursday from 2nd July to 3rd September 2026
- For who: families with children aged at least 4 years.
- Difficulty: easy
- Pushchair: yes (the activity takes place near the playground Ciampark)
- Meeting point: at 10:00 at the mountain station of the Ciampac cable car (Alba di Canazei)
- Duration: approx. 2 hours

- Booking is required: click here. To ensure the success of the activity, a maximum of 35 children will be accepted. In case of bad weather, the activity will be canceled.
- For groups of more than 15 people, you can send a request to info@ciampac.org to arrange a specific activity for the group, subject to guide availability.
- ATTENTION: In order to reach Ciampac on time, we recommend checking traffic conditions in advance. Once you are in Alba di Canazei, it takes about 7 minutes to reach the top by cable car.
